Children’s Literature Grad Org Colloquium

Please come and join the Children’s Literature Graduate Organization (CLGO) for their Annual Colloquium on Thursday, March 21st at 9:15 a.m. in Cone 111. The colloquium, which is titled Modern Authors, Historical Influences: Framing Children’s Literature in Historical Context, will include talks from 12 presenters ranging on topics from Little Women to Art Spiegelman’s Maus, to Childhood Authority, and Childhood Trauma. A copy of the Program can be found here. Professor Alan Rauch with deliver a brief keynote on “Scientific Mothers and the ‘Translation’ of Knowledge in the 19th Century.” Everyone is welcome.
